- The solicitation number for this requirement has changed to W912HN-23-B-3000. All future postings will be made under this new solicitation number. This Pre-solicitation notice�is for FY 23 PN UHHZ180037 Install Construct Breakroom and Administrative Area in Building 125, Robins AFB,GA.� This acquisition will be a total small business set-aside, an invitation for bid, and will result in a Firm Fixed Price Contract Award. Description/Scope: Robins AFB has a requirement for the construction of a breakroom and administrative area within the northeast annex of Building 125. The work includes construction of a new second floor structure with kitchen, snack bar and dining area on the first floor and administrative area on the new second floor. The existing freight elevator shall be removed and replaced with a new passenger elevator. An existing exterior stairway shall be demolished and replaced with a new stairway. Mechanical, electrical, fire suppression, fire alarm and communications systems are included and incidental related work. Period of Performance:� 18 Months In accordance with DFARS 236.204(ii), the magnitude of construction for this project is between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000. Evaluation Criteria:��The contract will be solicited and procured via FAR Part 14, Sealed Bidding Procedures. Notes:� 1.�The solicitation will be issued in electronic format only and is anticipated to be posted on or about the second week of October 2022.� Please note that the bid opening date will be specified in the Solicitation when issued. No additional media (CDROM, floppy disk, faxes, etc.) will be provided. Any prospective Offeror must register in the System for Award management (SAM) at www.sam.gov which is now all inclusive for also registering in order to obtain solicitation documents, plans and specifications for this solicitation. Contractors with an existing account should be able to use their existing logins to search for the solicitation number once it is released here at www.sam.gov.� It is the Offeror's responsibility to check the internet address provided as necessary for any amendments that may be posted to this solicitation. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available.� Other methods of requesting a package will not be honored. 2. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to Trade Agreements and Buy American statute in FAR Part 25. 3. Project will be listed on PIEE on or about the second week of October 2022. Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE): The only authorized transmission method for bids in response to the forthcoming solicitation is electronically via Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module. No Other Transmission Method (E-mail, Facsimile, U.S. Postal Mail, Hand Carried, etc.) Will Be Accepted. Offerors must have an active Proposal Manager role in PIEE at https://piee.eb.mil/. 4. Site Visit: An organized site visit is scheduled for 19 October 2022 at 10:30 AM.� Contractors will meet at the Robins AFB Visitor's Center. Contractors interested in attending the site visit need to email Christopher Spencer (Christopher.L.Spencer@usace.army.mil) with the names of all attendees no later than 12 October 2022.
