Description

The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island is issuing this sources sought notice for the Replace 13.8KV Overhead Circuits 1E&2E project on the Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island IL.� This requirement is projected to use NACIS code 238210 Period of Performance is expected to be 280 calendar days for the base bid and an additional 200 calendar days for Option 1. The scope of this project is to provide complete design and construction services for both demolition and new work of the overhead/underground primary electrical infrastrucure system, and includes seamless tie-in affected existing facilities/structures connected to the utility grid circuits 1E&2E.� Civil and structural features shall be designed and constructed to compliment the depth and breadth of the final electrical scope as the project requires.� Government Electrical Concept Drawings and Diagrams with demolition and new work will be provided as design guidance.� Any interested vendor will be required to have an active Joint Certification Program (JCP) account in order to obtain access to secure documents.� This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Government.� This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in the response.� The Government will not accept requests for meetings or briefings.� No phone solicitations or email with regards to the status of the Request for Proposal will be accepted prior to solicitation release.� The point of contact at the Army Contracting Command - Rock Island is Julie Culliton, julie.k.culliton.civ@army.mil.�
