Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation W912LC-23-Q-0002 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-07. This procurement is posted full and open with no set a side. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code: 721110 � Hotels (except casino hotels) and Motels; and the Federal Product/Service Code: V231. Quotes will be reviewed based on Lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). The following commercial items are requested: 83 Rooms per night 8, 9 and 10 October 2022 SINGLE ROOMS: 6 rooms per day x 3 days = 18 room nights DOUBLE ROOMS: 77 rooms per day x 3 days = 231 room nights See attached Statement of Work for description and detailed requirements.
