PR_0095511045 NSN: 1560-01-354-3267 �Item Description: SUPPORT, STRUCTURAL Quantity: 3 each The DLA approved source for this part is the Boeing Company, (cage 81205), P/N:65-1140-36. �DLA Aviation does not have an approved technical data package/drawing available for this NSN. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity to maintain the quality of the part. The solicitation will request pricing for a quantity of� three (3) each. �Inspection/Acceptance will be at destination and FOB Origin. �Delivery 283 days ARO or less. This solicitation is unrestricted, utilizing other than full and open competition. The issue date is on or around 10/24/22, and the closing date is on or around 12/02/2022. It is anticipated that an award will be made against one of the OEM's Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) and a letter solicitation will be utilized.� However, a copy of the solicitation may be prepared and made available upon a valid request submitted prior to the issue date.� To receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in Systems Award Management (SAM).� The SAM registration address is https://www.sam.gov.� Currently, the Boeing Company is the only DLA approved source/sole source. Alternate offerors must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package to be considered for award possibly for future procurements if approved. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation utilizing the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS).
