- Description
- This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This notice is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) under solicitation number 80AFRC22R0024 for PT6A-50 Engine Repair, the requirement is for engine overhaul of four PT6A-50 engines. The provisions and clauses in the RFP are those in effect through FAC 2022-08. The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 336412 Aircraft Engine and Engine Parts Manufacturing and 1,500 employees, respectively. The offeror shall state in their offer their size status for this acquisition. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. Delivery to AeroTEC facility in Moses Lake Washington located at 7988 Andrews St. NE, Moses Lake, WA 98837 or to Billy Bishop Airport: 2 Eireann Quay,Toronto, ON M5V 1A1, Canada. Delivery is required within 90 days after receipt of order. Delivery shall be free on board (FOB) Destination. Offers for the items(s) described above are due by October 7, 2022 at 2:00PM PT to roxana.l.romero@nasa.gov and jamill.m.hayes@nasa.gov and must include, solicitation number, FOB destination to this location, proposed delivery schedule, discount/payment terms, warranty duration (if applicable), taxpayer identification number (TIN), identification of any special commercial terms, and be signed by an authorized company representative.
