Description: Maintenance and support services for Groupwise (GW) Archives Enterprise Site licenses, premium support engineer services and Assureon software standard support. The GW archive system is currently used to back up, archive and retrieve emails throughout the Bureau. The Assureon software is used to process the backup and archiving of the BOP Novell GW e-mail system. The software for the GW Archive System and Assureon software is designed and developed by Ipro Tech, LLC and is the sole source for the maintenance and support services required.
