Amendment 008 Extension issued to extend due date to 05 October 2022. RFI responses to follow. Amendment 07 This amendment incorporates updated Attachment 2 - Addendum to Evaluation Factors via Solicitation Amendment FA860122R00210005 SF 30 and addresses RFI's.� Amendment 06 Amendment 006 - Solicitation is amended to incorporate�an updated solicitation Standard Form 1449 (SF1449), Standard Form 30 (SF 30),�updated PWS and addresses RFIs. Please note that the conformed copy of the SF 1449 (FA860122R00210004) was provided to show the updated PWS attachment. The conformed copy titled FA860122R00210004 dated 22 September 2022 is not required to be included in the Price Proposal. Please include the original SF 1449, dated 02 June 2022 and SF 30 modifications, per the instructions to offerors. The proposal due date has been updated and changed to 03 October 2022 at 11:00 A.M. EDT. COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is conducted as a commercial item procurement using simplified acquisition procedures, FAR Part 13. An award, if any, will be made to the responsible offeror(s) who submits a proposal that (1) conforms to the requirements of the synopsitation; (2) that receives a rating of �Acceptable� on the Technical factor; and (3) that submits the proposal with the lowest total evaluated price (TEP) (and next lowest TEP(s) if more than one contract is awarded), provided that the TEP(s) is/are not unbalanced and is/are fair and reasonable. Proposal evaluation does not permit tradeoffs between price and non-price factors. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions or make no award at all depending upon (1) the quality of proposals received and (2) the price fair and reasonableness of proposals received. E- mails with compressed files are not permitted. Note that e-mail filters at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base are designed to filter e-mails without subject lines or with suspicious subject lines or contents (i.e., .exe or .zip files). Therefore, if the specified subject line is not included, the e-mail may not get through the e-mail filters. Also be advised that .zip or .exe files are not allowable attachments and may be deleted by the email filters at Wright-Patterson. If sending attachments with email, ensure only .pdf, .doc, .docx, .xls or .xlsx documents are sent. The email filter may delete any other form of attachments.
