Description: The scope of work includes but is not limited to providing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to MBW- Energy Bundle Phase II project. This is a design build project. Various equipment throughout MBW have exceeded their life expectancy resulting in persistent maintenance issues and incurred costs. Project scope includes replacement of boilers and controls, replacement of refrigerant lines, replacement of VFDs, and Replace walk in freezer evaporator, and condensing unit.
