Description

Similarweb enables USAGM to collect competitor site analytics for all competitor URLs. Using a combination of various inferencing techniques, SimilarWeb provides behavioral trends and user metrics for news and entertainment sites to inform USAGM/networks of impactful content in key markets. The platform also provides an application programing interface (API) that allows USAGM to plug Similarweb data into the Agency�s data warehousing solution to relate competitor site performance to numerous other owned data assets (site, app, social media, and survey data). SimilarWeb was the only source that either appeared as a result for inferenced (unowned) site monitoring or was the sole vendor to match the criteria of the government. Therefore, the contract action was not awarded competitively, Authority Cited: FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i): Only one source reasonably available.
