- The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) Directorate of Procurement, on behalf of USSOCOM Program Executive Office-Maritime (PEO-M), is hosting an Industry Engagement (IE) Event for Undersea Systems Capabilities on 25th and 26th October 2022, at Davis Conference Center, MacDill Air Force Base, Tampa, FL 33621. Industry Event:� This event is the fourth and final in a series of market research events for open constructive conversation between the Undersea Systems Program Management Office (USPMO) and industry. �The objective is to communicate the USPMO acquisition approach, program/technical requirements, and planned activities and our interest is in obtaining industry feedback into those areas. The strategic objective will be to create a competitive pool for submission of upcoming white papers. �Those not in attendance will not be considered in the competitive pool. Vendors intending to be primes for the upcoming Other Transaction Authority (OTA) competition under 10 U.S.C. � 4022 must submit their notice of intent to prime via Attachment 1 to receive the Government Furnished Information (GFI) disks. �USPMO will review these submissions and valid prime vendors will be provided classified GFI in support of white paper submissions. This will only be provided to those vendors who have submitted their intent to prime and have been verified by the PMO office. GFI Content: 2 Discs containing the following: Technical Data from the demilitarized Advanced SEAL Delivery System (ASDS) Program � QTY 5 Items Government Accountability Office (GAO) Reports � QTY 3 Items Multiple studies � QTY 11 Items Additionally, a Draft OTA competition announcement will be released before IE #4 and will be discussed during IE #4. �Failure to attend IE #4 will disqualify any potential vendor from receiving an invitation to submit white papers in response to the OTA competition announcement.� Schedule:� Industry Engagement #4 will be dedicated to an information briefing, Q&A session, and one-on-one vendor/Government meetings. �The one-on-one meetings are limited to vendors whose intent is to submit a white paper as a prime contractor and their registered sub-contractor teammates.� These meetings will be limited to 45-minute sessions with the goal of discussing the vendor�s current capabilities in regard to fulfilling the USPMO capabilities requirements.� Vendors who do not intend to submit a white paper or demonstrate a system may still attend the information briefing, and general Q&A session.� If desired, please request a one-on-one meeting on your registration form.� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this market research is 336611 � Ship Building and Repairing. COVID Protocols:� All events will follow current Federal, State, and local COVID guidelines and protocols at the time of the event. Event Registration: �Participants must register to the points of contacts listed below by completing the registration form (Attachment 1) no later than 12:00 PM EST 29 September 2022.� Please note that attendance information will not be available to the public.� All discussions will be held at the US SECRET level and a SECRET clearance or higher is required for attendance.� All participants must be US citizens.� Foreign participation is NOT authorized.� Participants will not be allowed to bring any electronics including, but not limited to: portable computers, cameras, two-way pagers, cellphones, thumb drives, blackberries, wireless transmitters, wi-fi devices, blue-tooth enabled key fobs/watches/fitbits, etc.� Participants must be certified to receive military critical technical data under the US/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) (https://www.dla.mil/HQ/LogisticsOperations/Services/JCP/) and to receive, create, process, analyze, and store US Classified up to and including SECRET. Due to limited seating, attendance is limited to two (2) attendees per company. Registration will be closed when seating capacity is reached, or on 12:00 PM EST 29 September 2022, whichever comes first.� Prime Contractor candidates may include registered sub-contractor teammates as participants in their scheduled one-on-one meetings.
