Description

********NOTE:Formal RFP will be issued under a newly assigned number W58RGZ-23-R-0036.******* The Army Contracting Command-Redstone Arsenal (ACC-RSA) anticipates an award of a new Five (5) year, Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (MAIDIQ) contract requirement in support of the Logistics Support Facility Management Activity (LSFMA) to provide support to aviation and missile systems including legacy systems and variants for Army Aviation Systems operated by other Government agencies and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) countries. It includes recurring and nonrecurring service support associated with aviation, aviation systems supporting aviation customers, and missile systems. This requirement will be performed and managed within Huntsville-Decatur, AL Combined Statistical Area (CSA) (290), Albertville, AL Micropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) (10700), and Scottsboro, AL MSA (42460) surrounding Redstone Arsenal, AL (RSA), hereafter referred to as the Redstone AOR. This opportunity was previously published as a Request for Information (RFI) under Notice ID: PANRSA-21-P-0000005341. The information received in response to the RFI has resulted in the determination that the procurement will be processed as a Total Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with FAR Part 19.5. It is anticipated that Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts where Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) or a combination of both task orders can be issued resulting from the formal competitive solicitation. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 488190, Other Support Activities and Air Transportation with a dollar standard for this NAICS of $35M. The Government has reviewed feedback and questions received in response to previously posted DRAFT RFP; Government responses are hereby attached to this announcement. The Government anticipates release of the FORMAL RFP on 6 October 2022. Please direct any and all inquiries electronically to Antionette R.
