Description

VA Network Contracting Office 8 - SAO East intends to award a fixed priced purchase order to be delivered to our facilities at Bay Pines, FL. If you are interested in competing for this effort, you may participate by submitting your quotation in accordance with the RFQ submittal instructions. Responses will be on an all or none bases, no partial submissions will be accepted. New product(s) only. The Government reserves the right to make no award at all. Quotes must be valid for 60 days. This is a set-aside to SDVOSBs. All veteran owned small business must be listed in the Veteran's Information Pages (VIP) at the time of their offer. If you are a distributor, please submit your authorized distributor letter along with your quote. Offers are requested to provide a price reduction for this requirement. Please complete the Limitation of Subcontracting in the SF-1449 ATTACHMENT H. QUOTES MUST BE SUBMITTED NLT 4:00pm EST, WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 12, 2022. Offerors must provide an Authorized Distributor Letter and a completed Limitation of Subcontracting with their quote if they are not the manufacturer. **The vendor must include **Manufacturer Information ** The vendor shall provide the following information when submitting your quote: 1) Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Name 2) OEM - UEI Number & DUNs Number 3) OEM Part Number (if different that quoters part number) 4) OEM County of Origin
