- Description
- The Peace Corps, Office of the Chief Financial Officer/Acquisition and Contract Management, hereby gives notice of intent to award a single source purchase order to Infinite Computer Solutions Inc., 2600 Tower Oaks Blvd, Suite 700, Rockville, MD, 20852-4240, UNITED STATES for the Peace Corps Volunteer Delivery System (VDS). The period of performance for this effort will be a base year of 12-months with four (4) 12- month option periods.� The procurement will be issued under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.106(b), Soliciting from a single source, and using simplified acquisition procedures per FAR Part 13. The Peace Corps anticipates the award of a hybrid firm-fixed price/labor hour purchase order.� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541511 � Custom Computer Programming Services. The Peace Corps has a requirement to contract for Infinite Talent Suite Software. Specifically, Peace Corps requires the following products: Infinite Brassring on Cloud Infinite Onboard on Cloud These 2 components of the Talent Suite makes up the technology to support the Peace Corps Volunteer Delivery System (VDS). The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. This is NOT a request for quotes or proposals.� Responses to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government, would not be cost or time prohibitive, and would not hinder the mission objective of the Peace Corps.
