- Amendment 0003 for Solicitation #SPE8EG-22-R-0011 has been issued to the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) to correct Amendment 0002 which identified the following item as an item covered under the clause at DFARS 252.225-7015, Restriction on Acquisition of Hand or Measuring Tools: Needle Scaler and Needles (for National Stock Number: 4130-01-460-7705).� The item is NOT covered under DFARS 252.225-7015.� The solicitation closing date/time is also changed from TUESDAY, OCTOBER 4 and extended to TUESDAY, OCTOBER 11, 2022; 3:00PM EDT.� Offerors must submit signed, completed copies of Amendments 0001 through 0003 with the proposal no later than the solicitation closing date/time: TUESDAY, OCTOBER 11, 2022 AT 3:00PM EDT. ---------------------------------------------------------------- Amendment 0002 for Solicitation #SPE8EG-22-R-0011 has been issued to DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) to expand the list of items covered under the ""Berry Amendment"" clauses, DFARS 252.225-7012, Preference for Certain Domestic Commodities and DFARS 252.225-7015, Restriction on Acquisition of Hand or Measuring Tools.� Offerors must submit a signed, completed copy of Amendments 0001 and 0002 with the proposal no later than the solicitation date/time: TUESDAY, OCTOBER 4, 2022; 3:00PM EDT. ________________________________________________________________ Amendment 0001 for Solicitation #SPE8EG-22-R-0011 has been issued to the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) include the following clauses:� DFARS 252.225-7012, Preference for Certain Domestic Commodites (APR 2022) and DFARS 252.225-7015, Restriction on Acquisition of Hand or Measuring Tools (JUN 2005).� Offerors must submit a signed, completed copy of Amendment 0001 with the proposal no later than the solicitation closing date/time: TUESDAY, OCTOBER 4, 2022; 3:00PM EDT. ________________________________________________________________ This notice is being issued to announce Solicitation #SPE8EG-22-R-0011 has been issued to the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) website.� A copy of the redacted Justification and Approval (J&A) and redacted Consolidation Memo has also been issued as an attachment to the solicitation.� Offerors must submit proposals in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the solicitation no later than Tuesday, October 4, 2022 at 3:00PM EDT. __________________________________________________ This Pre-Solicitation Notice is being issued to correct the Notice ID referenced in the Original Pre-Solicitation Notice posted on 28 April 2022 and closed on 07 July 2022.� Notice ID is changed from SPE8EG22D0011 to SPE8EG22R0011. (Original Notice is attached.) --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support Philadelphia intends to issue an Unrestricted Request for Proposal (RFP) for HEPA Air Vacuum Kits, Replacement Parts, and Accessories.� This acquisition comprises 15 Part-Numbered Items.� A list of the required items is included as an attachment to this synopsis.� Each of the required items is considered sole source to DCM Clean Air Products, Inc. (CAGE: 0YBX0). This acquisition is for a Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment (EPA), Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract. The solicitation number is SPE8EG-22-R-0011.� FAR Part 12, ""Acquisition of Commercial Items"" and FAR Part 15, ""Contracting by Negotiation"" procedures will be utilized.� The acquisition will be accomplished using Other than Full and Open Competition procedures in accordance wtih FAR 6.302-1, ""Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirement.""� The solicitation will provide for one (1) contract.� Price Only source selection procedures will be utilized.� Any resultant contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror, offering the lowest price, whose offer conforms to all of the terms and conditions set forth in the solicitation.� The resultant contract will include a one (1) year base period and four (4) one-year option periods.� The Contract Maximum will be $89,000,000.00. Delivery terms will be FOB Origin and Inspection/Acceptance at Destination.� Buy American Act clauses apply. This synopsis should NOT be considered a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ), or an Invitation for Bid (IFB).� The Government is in no way obligated to purchase any material as a result of this notice. The estimated release date of this solicitation is Tuesday, 23 August 2022.� This date is subject to change.� A copy of the solicitation will be made available through the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS), https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/.� All responsible sources will be able to submit a proposal which will be considered by DLA Troop Support.
