- In accordance with FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirement. The Richard L Roudebush VA Medical Center Located in Indianapolis, IN intends to negotiate a Sole Source Award with Stryker Sales, LLC DBA Stryker Instruments. They are located at 1941 Stryker Way Portage, MI 49002. Stryker shall provide preventive maintenance and repairs for the Stryker Neptune 3 Rovers. The rovers are a proprietary design, therefore another firm would not be familiar with the rationale of the design; not be able to accurately address Request for Information (RFI s); or accurately maintain this equipment, which is critical for proper patient care, as well as a sound product. The preventative maintenance and repair of the rovers at the Richard L Roudebush VA Medical Center located at 1481 W 10th St. Indianapolis, IN 46202. The NAICS code for this procurement is 811219. The size standard is $22.0 million. Interested parties that can meet the capabilities and requirements, may identify their interest, and submit quotations. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations. Interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements, must submit information about their capabilities no later than NOON EST, 10/10/2022. All information shall be provided at no cost, or obligation to the Government. No solicitation will be made available. Information must be sent to the Contract Specialist, andrea.mckinney@va.gov. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Contracting Department will proceed with the sole source negotiation with Stryker Sales DBA Stryker Instruments.
