***UPDATE***Amendment 0001 to Request for Proposal (RFP) N00421-22-R-0006 has been posted including updates to the following Attachments:1. Attachment L-6 F-5 ManningA PDF document containing the questions received from the previous RFP and Government responses has also been attached to this posting. ***End of update***The Department of the Navy (DoN), Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Specialized and Proven Aircraft Program Office PMA-226, Adversary Integrated Product Team (IPT) is requesting proposals for F-5N/F Contractor Logistic Services (CLS) and Aircraft Maintenance services. The Contractor will provide these support services to the F-5 Adversary fleet which consists of forty (40) F-5N and three (3) F-5F aircraft. The DoN has additionally procured twenty-two (22) F-5N/F aircraft from Switzerland. The Contractor shall provide Organizational (O), Intermediate (I), and Depot (D) level maintenance and logistics support services for the F-5N/F aircraft located at multiple CONUS installations. The F-5N/F CLS and Aircraft Maintenance Services are required at the following sites: NAS JRB New Orleans LA, MCAS Yuma AZ, MCAS Beaufort SC, NAS Key West FL, NAS Fallon NV, and any additional new sites. The resulting vehicle will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Single Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). The planned ordering period is five (5) year base and one (1), three (3) year option period. This acquisition will be awarded on the basis of full and open competition. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 488190, size standard $35M. The Product Service Code (PSC) is J015, Maintenance, Repair and Rebuilding of Equipment: Aircraft and Airframe Structural Components. The proposal submission deadline is Tuesday 29 November 2022 at 11:00 AM Eastern Time (ET). All volumes of the proposal shall be submitted electronically through the Solicitation Module of the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) at https://piee.eb.mil. Questions will be accepted and must be submitted by email no later than 23 September 2022 at 11:00 AM EDT to Ms. Kristin Nelson at kristin.a.nelson13.civ@us.navy.mil and Mrs. Catrina Vitez at catrina.m.vitez.civ@us.navy.mil. No phone calls will be accepted. NAVAIR will provide non-proprietary Questions and Answers in response to this Solicitation via a PIEE posting. If questions received contain proprietary information, be sure to inform the Government of this in your response. Please note that the response submission instructions have changed. All responses and questions must be submitted through PIEE in accordance with the solicitation.
