Project Title: Construct Hangar 4 Project#: VGLZ 179051 Period of Performance: 730 Days 1) Set-aside: This project is being solicited as unrestricted. 2) Small Business Size Standard: $39.5M 3) NAICS Code: 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction 4) Project Magnitude: Betw een $25M and $100M. 5) Submit Proposals no later than: See Box 13 and any amendments for Proposal Due Date 6) Prospective bidders are highly encouraged to attend a pre-bid conference and site visit: See Clause 52.236-27 for time and date. (SeeInstructions for Access Requirements).� Site visit is currently scheduled for�26 Oct 2022 @ 10:00 AM Eastern Time (Local Time)(c) Participants will meet at-- 43200 Maple Street BLDG 105, Selfridge ANGB, MI 48045 (Bldg 105 - West Parking Lot � North West Entrance to Bldg 105, then proceed to Conference Room) 7) An Original Bid Bond is required, and due w ith Bid. 8) Solicitation and all information notices, amendments for this solicitation w ill be posted at https://sam.gov/. Project VGLZ179051-Non personal services: Provide all plant, labor, new and current material, transportation, tools, equipment, appliances, supplies, services, permits, insurance and supervision necessary to demolish an existing facility and construct a new Hangar facility in accordance with Specs dated and Drawings dated 5 Aug 22 and Statement of Work (SOW) dated 26 Aug 22.
