- This is not a solicitation announcement for proposals and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. �No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement. �No telephone calls will be accepted requesting a bid package or solicitation because there is no bid package or solicitation available. �In order to protect the procurement integrity of all future procurement, if any, that may arise from this announcement, information regarding the technical point of contact will not be given and no appointments for presentations will be made. Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Pacific, Joint Posture Management Office (JPMO), in support of United States Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM), is hosting a Contractor/Government One-on-One Discussion on Wednesday, 14 September 2022, to gather information concerning market conditions and logistics and labor capabilities.� This information could be crucial to determining whether and how industry can support DoD's USINDOPACOM mission and goals. �In addition, information helps DoD set realistic expectations and logistically achievable requirements, enhances the ability of the JPMO and the Design-Construction Agents to meet cost, schedule, and performance objectives and may establish business practices that promote the long-term viability and competitiveness of the industrial base supporting defense. CONTRACTOR ONE-ON-ONE DISCUSSION OUTLINE: Date:������������ Wednesday, 14 September 2022 Time:������������ 09:15 to 11:30, 12:30 to 15:30, and 16:00 to 16:30 Location:��� Ala Moana Hotel, Anthurium & Pakalana Rooms, 410 Atkinson Drive, Honolulu, HI 96814 Format:������� To ensure fairness to all interested contractors in participating at One-on-One discussion with the Government panel, following conditions will apply: Complete information in the Questionnaire Form, MS Excel file (Attachment A), and submit in MS Excel file format to the JPMO (details below). Responses to three questions in Questionnaire Form (Attachment A) are limited to 10 pages (8-1/2"" x 11"", duplex). In addition to questions in Attachment A, contractor is allowed to ask any additional questions as time permits. Contractor will be randomly selected and randomly scheduled for an appointment from the total number of timely submissions received, not to exceed the twenty available time slots. If contractor is selected for 'One-on-One Discussion' appointment, the JPMO will notify contractor by email and will require contractor to respond by email within 24 hours to confirm appointment.� If the contractor does not confirm the appointment, they will be again placed into the pool of contractors for random selection unless and until the available appointments have been filled. There will be a total of twenty appointments: eight appointments between 09:15 to 11:30, ten appointments between 12:30 to 15:30, and two appointments between 16:00 and 16:30. Each appointment will be 25 minutes (strictly enforced) and 5 minute break to switch contractors between appointments. Number of contractor representatives will not exceed six people. Provide responses to the Questionnaire Form, Attachment A, not later than by 9 September 2022, 2:00 p.m., Hawaii Standard Time. �Documents may be submitted via electronic mail to benjamin.j.espiritu.civ@us.navy.mil. �Complete information must be submitted as the Government will not seek clarification of information provided. �The Government will not contact the concern for clarification of information. �The information is for planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a Request for Proposal or as an obligation on the part of the Government. �The Government will not provide a debriefing on the results of this survey. �NO TELEPHONE CALLS, FACSIMILES OR ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION OUTSIDE OF SUBMITTING COMPLETED QUESTIONNAIRES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
