Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: AZ City: Yuma Delineated Area: Yuma City Limits Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,405 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,946 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total/Surface): 6 Full Term: 15 Firm Term: 10 Option Term: n/a Additional Requirements: Offered space must not be within the same building as the Office of the U.S. Attorney, U.S Probation Office, Pretrial Services Office, Bureau of Prisons and any other law enforcement agency (as confirmed by the agency). Offered space must be prestigious and modern office space. Flex spaces and retail spaces are not allowed. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
