- This Request for Information (RFI), SPE605-23-RFI-1000, is being issued for information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Defense Logistics Agency Energy (DLA Energy).� DLA Energy is seeking to identify businesses that are interested in, and capable of providing ongoing ground fuel in support of DLA Energy 1.8G Fuel Program for the following Japan locations: JMSDF Kanoya Air Base Japan and Le Shima, Japan. The result of this RFI will contribute to the support of providing ground fuels support of Turbine Fuel, Aviation (JP5) NSN: 9130-00-273-2379 or Alt Product (JP8) 9130-01-031-5816, Turbine Fuel, Aviation (JA1) NSN 9130-00-753-5026, USG Fuel Oil, Burner (FJ1) NSN: 9140-01-408-7183, Gasoline, Premium Unleaded (MUP) 9130-00-148-7104; the expected period of performance is November 01, 2022 � 1 October 2023.� THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. General information regarding RFIs:� In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this RFI are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.� This RFI is issued solely for gathering information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation for proposals.� Any response to this notice will be treated as information only.� DLA Energy will not provide reimbursement for costs incurred in responding to this RFI.� Respondents are advised that DLA Energy is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted under this RFI.� Responses to this RFI do not bind DLA Energy to any further actions. The total estimated fuel quantity and products sought are listed below: (1) 1,100,448 USG of Turbine Fuel, Aviation (JP5) NSN: 9130-00-273-2379 or Alt Product (JP8) 9130-01-031-5816 with a monthly QTY of 90,488 USG. (2) 75,000 USG Fuel Oil, Burner (FJ1) NSN: 9140-01-408-7183 with a monthly Qty of 6,250 USG. (3) 60,000 USG of Gasoline, Premium Unleaded (MUP) 9130-00-148-7104 MUR (or MUP) with a monthly Qty of 5,000 USG. (4) 60,000 USG of TURBINE FUEL, AVIATION (JA1) w/additives 9130-00-753-5026 *(All 60K USG Needed RDD December 2022).** Ie Shima, Japan. In responding to this notice, please provide the following specific information: 1.
