- This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6. REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) NUMBER SP700023R1001 AND ALL ALL ATTACHMENTS MUST BE ACCESSED VIA THE SOLICITATION MODULE IN PIEE. IF VIEWING THIS NOTICE IN SAM.GOV, USE THE URL AT THE END OF THIS PARAGRAPH TO VIEW COMPLETE DETAILS AND DOWNLOAD THE RFP AND ATTACHMENTS. TIP: IF SEARCHING FOR THE SOLICITATION IN THE PIEE SOLICITATION MODULE, SEARCH USING THE SOLICITATION NUMBER WITHOUT DASHES, THAT IS, SEARCH USING, SP700023R1001. The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) seeks to enter into a firm-fixed-price contract for up to 60-month lease of 982 Multi-Functional Devices (MFDs), accessories and office document devices (hereafter collectively referred to as ?devices?) Outside the Contiguous United States (OCONUS) ? Germany. The services associated with the leased devices sought are delivery and installation, end-user training, full-service maintenance, including all consumable supplies (excluding paper), relocation, technical refresh, removal, reports, network functionality, and network security.
