- The purpose of this amendment is to post the changes in response to the inquiries received during the Questions and Answers period of this solicitation. The major changes as result of the inquiries and comments are as follows: (1) SOW 2.5- referenced site of DOD 4120.3-M has been replaced with DOD 4120.24; (2) SOW 3.13.1 has been updated to remove Form MC-ALB-4423/15 and (3) CDRL A0004 block 4 Authority has been changed from DI-SAFT-80102B to DI-SAFT-80102C.�� All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Estimated units per year: 695 for the initial ordering period, 144 for the second and third ordering period, 211 for the fourth ordering period, and 214 for the fifth ordering period. THIS IS A NOTICE FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS: This Statement of Work (SOW) sets forth the work efforts required to manufacture, integrate, test, produce, provide, and deliver the Handheld Radio Tes Set (HHRTS) and associated�technical information and documentation. MCSC intends to meet this requirement by selecting a single contractor for a single-award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract for both systems, consisting of five, 1-year ordering periods. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334515 - Instrument Manufacturing for Measuring and Testing Electricity and Electrical Signals. An award will be made to a single vendor offering on all contract line items utilizing the Best Value Trade-Off approach. Technical requirements are set forth in the RFP. With regards to the Past Performance Questionaires (PPQs),� it is the responsibility of the Offeror to send the PPQs to the Offeror�s previous customer.� PPQs should be completed by the Offeror�s previous customer and submitted by the Offerors previous customer directly to the Government point of contact (POC) within the PPQ form.� PPQs should not be submitted by the Offeror to maintain validity of the PPQs. It is the responsibility of those responding to the RFP to obtain all amendments and/or other applicable documents. NO PHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT ANY POINT DURING THE RFP PROCESS. ALL COMMUNICATION SHALL BE THROUGH THE CONTRACTING OFFICE VIA EMAIL. PROSPECTIVE OFFERORS ARE CAUTIONED AGAINST UNAUTHORIZED COMMUNICATION WITH THE SOURCE SELECTION TEAM.
