Update to�Notice ID FA255020R3ISIII Innovation, Integration, and Information Support (3IS) III dated 27 June 2022.� All future postings will be under this Notice ID:��FA251822R0023 Innovation, Integration, and Information Support (3IS) III.� ACQUISITION STRATEGY Competitive 8(a) Set-Aside (FAR 19.8) under NAISC Code�541715 - Research and Development in the Physical, Engineering, and Life Sciences (except Nanotechnology and Biotechnology) THIS IS A DRAFT SOLICITATION NOTICE.� This is an UPDATED DRAFT SOLICITATION from the one posted on 27 June 2022.� Please note there has been significant changes made to Section L & Section M.� Attached as DRAFTS are: Atch 1, 3IS III PWS; Atch 2, 3IS III DD254; Atch 11, 3IS III Staffing Matrix; Atch 12_Cost Price Workbook; Atch 7, IT PWS; Atch 8, Wargaming PWS; Atch 9, 392 CTS; Atch 10, SBMW PWS; Atch 15, Section L; Atch 16, Section M;� and Q&A from DRAFT RFP posted on 27 June 2022.� Submit all questions and comments in writting in regards to the draft documents no later than 2:00 PM MT on 21 Oct 2022 to the Contracting Officer (CO) Chris Ming at christina.ming.2@spaceforce.mil NOTE 1: The Government anticipates posting the FINAL Solicitation on 22 Nov 2022. � NOTE 2: The Government also anticipates posting Q&A from this DRAFT Solicitation, plus, any updated documents with significant changes.� Description of Services The 3IS III contract will support�United States Space Test and Readiness Command (STARCOM) units located at Schriever Space Force Station, Colorado, and six geographically separated units, plus, USSPACECOM and Space System Center (SSC) elements. For STARCOM, this contract will provide support to Test and Evaluation, Wargaming, Advance Training, and Exercises Background of Current Effort: Period of Performance: 5-year ordering period � 1 Jul 17 to 30 Jun 22 Set Aside:� Competitive 8(a) set-aside Security Requirements:� Approximately 5% Secret; 95% Top Secret Current Contract Cost: $150 million ceiling Current Contract Type:� IDIQ with CPFF, FFP and CR ODC CLINs
