- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space in Multiple Cities, WA: State:�Washington City:�Multiple Cities Delineated Area: Western Boundary: Northbound on Meridian Ave E to Kits Corner Rd S. I-5N to Hwy-18W to Pacific Hwy S northbound. Hwy 518 westbound to Hwy 509N to Hwy 99N. Southern Boundary: Main St E westbound to Cannery Way, north on Summer Heights Dr E, North on Edgewood Dr E. West on 48th�St E to Chrisella Rd E northbound. Eastern Boundary: Hwy-90 & I-5 Connection, down I-5S to Southcenter Blvd, straight onto SW Grady Way, up Main St S to Houser Way S along I-405 onto Hwy 169, to Hwy 18 westbound, to 276th�Ave SE southbound. Turns into Landsburg Rd SE. East on SE Kent Kensley Rd to SE 272nd�St to Hwy 18 southbound. South on A St SE, turns into E Valley Hwy E. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.� Offered space shall comply with the Government�s Facility Security Requirements.
