- This notice is to provide an update, clarification and share a draft RFP pursuant to notice 19AQMM22R0071, the Global Advisory IDIQ.�� DOS anticipates an award in the first quarter of FY2024.� The timeline is subject to change, and future updates will be made public via SAM.gov.� � Attached to this notice is a draft RFP for industry review and feedback. �The draft RFP is subject to change and in no way obligates the Government to award a contract. �Feedback is not required but the Department welcomes questions and/or feedback to the draft RFP. � Questions and/or feedback are due no later than 3:00pm on September 23, 2022.� The Department also wanted to clarify Organizational Conflicts of Interest (OCI) language that was communicated pursuant to the GLOBALCAP IDIQ notice 19AQMM22R0026.�� OCI will only be applicable at the Task Order (TO) level.� Vendors, both incumbent and prospective, are not prohibited from competing for the GLOBALCAP IDIQ and the Global Advisory IDIQ.� Should you have any additional questions, please reach out to Contracting Officers Daniel Jackson (JacksonDJ@state.gov) and Jocabed Domingue (DomingueJ@state.gov) and copy Contract Specialists?Michael Nelson (NelsonMD@state.gov) and Justin Rautenbach (RautenbachJ@state.gov).
