Description

The 188th Wing, Arkansas Air National Guard, Fort Smith, Arkansas, intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price, sole source contract to BAE Systems Information & Electronic Systems Integration, Inc., 10920 Technology Pl., San Diego, CA 92127-1874 under authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(2) and FAR 6.302-1: For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT), only one source reasonably available, urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name, or industrial mobilization, for SOCET GXP GeoAnalysis Targeting Bundle Upgrade Entitlement. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. No telephonic inquires will be honored.�All qualified sources must respond not later than 10 A.M. CST, 04 November 2022. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
