Description

THIS IS A SYNOPSIS ONLY.� NO RESPONSE IS REQUIRED TO THIS NOTICE. Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI), on behalf of the Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff (ODCS), G-4, intends to issue an 8(a) competitive Request for Proposal (RFP), W519TC-23-R-0013, on or after 08 NOV 2022,�with an estimated closing date of 14 days after issuance.� This RFP is for Knowledge Management Information Technology (KMIT) Support Services and is restricted to 8(a) small business vendors.�� The applicable NAICS code is 541614, with a size standard of $17,500,000.00.� The RFP will solicit proposals for a single Labor Hour (LH) type contract, with a cost reimbursable CLIN for Other Direct Costs (ODCs) / Travel, �consisting of a 12 month base year, two 12 month option periods, plus an option to extend 6 months via FAR Clause 52.217-8.� The estimated Period of Performance is as follows: ��������������� Base Period:� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � �13MAR2023 � 12MAR2024 ��������������� Option Period 1:��������������������������� 13MAR2024 -� 12MAR2025 ��������������� Option Period 2: �������������������������� 13MAR2025 � 12MAR2026 ��������������� 52.217-8:� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � �13MAR2026 � 12SEP2026 The Government will evaluate proposals using a Best Value Trade-Off Source Selection methodology based upon a tradeoff between Technical Capability, Past Performance, and Price.� The proposals will be evaluated to determine the extent to which each requirement of the RFP has been addressed within the proposal. The Government intends to award without discussions, therefore Offerors are encouraged to submit their most competitive proposal.� The Government does reserve the right to conduct exchanges or clarification if later determined by the Contracting Officer to be necessary.� The Government reserves as well, the right to seek minor clarifications without holding discussions with all Offerors.
