NSN (5342-016271687) is a FAIRLEAD,TUBULAR.� This solicitation is for a quantity of�6 each.� Solicitation is being solicited as a Total Small Business set-aside. The required delivery is 213 days ARO. This is not commercial and is a critical application item. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
