- The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) awarded a sole source contract modification to N00019-19-G-0031 N0001921F0213 to procure modernized very low frequency high power transmit set production kits, kit installations, spares, and production support assets in support of E-6B Take Charge And Move Out aircraft.�The contract modification was awarded on a Firm-Fixed Fee basis to Rockwell Collins Inc. a part of Collins Aerospace. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.� This requirement was procured in accordance with the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition under 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)�(1), as implemented by the Federal Regulations (FAR) 6.302-1. Rockwell Collins Inc. a part of Collins Aerospace is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer that possesses the requisite engineering data to successfully complete this work. The redacted CJ&A is included as an attachment in support of this effort.�
