Description
THIS IS NOT A FORMAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL The 502d Contracting Squadron, Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA), Fort Sam Houston (FSH), TX intends to issue a non-personnel service solicitation to provide seven (7) Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) personnel for Advisory and Program Management Support Services.� Individuals will perform a variety of day-to-day functions at the Medical Education Training Campus (METC), Standards and Evaluation Division (SED) located on Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA)- Fort Sam Houston (FSH). The contractor shall provide the Government the following FTE personnel: 2 FTE -Training Technicians to provide comprehensive support to the Quality Assurance and Accreditation Branches within the Standards and Evaluation Division (SED). 1 FTE - Instructor Trainer to provide education and training support to the Faculty Management Branch (FMB) within SED. Primarily responsible for administration of the METC Instructor Evaluator Program; in addition to managing the faculty database that maintains instructor records, Faculty Tracking database, and Academic Reporting Menu. 1 FTE �Health Administrator- Lead Faculty Manager to provide guidance to the Faculty Managers in support of all METC courses.� Develop and maintain detailed processes to determine the effectiveness of current operational activities, examines problem areas, and develops solutions. 3 FTE � Health Administrator - Faculty Managers to provide faculty management support to Faculty Management Branch (FMB) within SED. Primarily responsible to collect, analyze, and evaluate faculty record data, and make sound recommendations based on findings. NOTE: Incumbent employees are available for consideration. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561110 Office Administrative Services with a small business size of $11,000,000.00.� The applicable Federal Supply Code (FSC) is R799.� The resulting contract will be a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set Aside.� The government anticipates awarding a firm fixed price contract as a result of this solicitation. The Government anticipates issuance of Solicitation on or about 10 November 2022. The Period of Performance (POP) is a Base Year and four (4) Option Years.� �Any information related to solicitation will be available only via the Contract Opportunities section at www.SAM.gov.� Vendor registration in the System for Award Management at www.sam.gov is mandatory in order for a contract to be awarded.� NOTE: The government will not entertain questions regarding this acquisition until issuance of the solicitation
