- This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format at FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� The US Army Corps of Engineers, Construction Engineering Research Laboatory (CERL) has a requirement to purchase a mobile ultraviolet (UV) light reactor system. This equipment will be used to support a�mobile Harmful Algal Bloom (HAB) remediation project. Specially, this contract seeks to fulfill�the need for an open channel UV reactor that can be attached to the platform of a commercial�pontoon boat for mobile HAB remediation. Please review the attached Request for Quotes for full details on the requirement, for applicable clauses�and provisions, and for evaluation criteria for offers received. ***On 12 July 2022 and amendment has been posted for this opportunity.� The description of requirements has been revised/clarified due to lack of acceptable offers being submitted under the original announcement** Please provide responses to this notice no later than the date and time listed at the top of this posing to: � CERL-CT-QUOTES@usace.army.mil Telephone responses will not be accepted. *Note: In order to be eligible for award of a Government contract, vendors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), have no active exclusions, and complete representations and certifications.
