� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � �MARKET SURVEY OF INTEREST� � � � � � � � � � �Project Executive Office Ground Combat Systems (PEO GCS) � � � � � � � � � � � � � � Multiple Platform -��Integrated Logistics Services� The Army Contracting Command � Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is conducting a Market Survey to determine the level of interest among small businesses and other-than-small businesses to participate in the Program Executive Office Ground Combat Systems (PEO GCS) Multiple Platform � Integrated Logistics Services (ILS) contract in support of Project and Product Managers under PEO GCS. � � � Purpose: The purpose of publicizing this Market Survey is to aid in the development of the acquisition strategy, identify interested small businesses and other-than-small businesses, and gather information for planning purposes about the capabilities of each industry source as defined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.201(e). ACC-DTA�s vision for the overarching PEO GCS Multiple Platform - ILS requirement is to provide post-production sustainment logistics type services to multiple combat vehicle systems platforms to support the continued fielding of these systems. The PEO GCS post-production vehicle platforms considered under this requirement include: Abrams Main Battle Tank M88A2 Heavy Equipment Recovery Combat Utility Lift and Evacuation System (HERCULES (a/k/a Combat Recovery Vehicle (CRV)) Armored Multi-Purpose Vehicle (AMPV) Bradley Fighting Vehicle Self Propelled Howitzer System Stryker Combat Vehicle This requirement shall include Foreign Military Sales (FMS) vehicles.� Services will be delivered in many locations within the Continental United States (CONUS) and various locations outside of CONUS (OCONUS). Expected Scope of PEO GCS Multiple Platform - ILS: The purpose of this requirement is to create a competitive contract to streamline the acquisition process for PEO GCS. This contract vehicle will serve to competitively acquire ILS services that have been previously acquired under several other contracts. The intention of this contract is not to provide development, production, engineering services, or logistics data products that are closely intertwined with engineering services. The following is a notional list of the broad types of services that could be part of this requirement. This list is for illustration purposes only, and refinement of the descriptions below is likely to occur. Field Service Representatives (FSR) Vehicle Maintenance Modification Work Orders (MWO) - implementation or retrofit of changes onto existing vehicles Fielding and Deprocessing New Equipment training (NET) Repair Instructions:� Please open, read and respond to the Attachment to Market Survey of Interest - PEO GCS - ILS for more background, information and a Questionnaire.� The Questionnaire is important and will provide an opportunity for you to provide information and guidance for this requirement. This request is a Market Survey and not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation. No solicitation document exists at this time. Providing a response to this notice is completely voluntary and no reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this Market Survey or any follow-on requests for information. Potential vendors who deem themselves qualified and who would be interested in competing for any of the above services are asked to complete the attached questionnaire and provide written responses electronically via email to the ACC-DTA point of contact, Mr. Bruce Delbecq at bruce.r.delbecq.civ@army.mil. ACC-DTA will not accept any telephone inquiries or comments regarding this survey.�� Responses shall be delivered via electronic email no later than 5:00 PM (17:00) EST, 22 November 2022; responses received after this date and time will not be reviewed or input considered.
