Description

This is a notice of intent to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), sole source purchase order in accordance with FAR Subpart 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B) to Aardvark,1935 Puddingstone Drive, La Verne, CA 91750-5818, for Tasers and Cartridges. Aardvark is the only distributor and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) has a requirement for Tasers and Cartridges under NAICS code 333999 All Other Miscellaneous General Purpose Machinery Manufacturing. If your company can provide Tasers and Cartridges Listed with the Limited Source Justification (LSJ), contact the Contracting Officer, Jim Huff, at James.Huff@atf.gov or (202) 648-9117 no later than Monday, November 14th, 3:00 am EST.� No other brand will be considered for this procurement. The estimated total dollar value of this contract is $177,987.28.
