- Invitation for White Papers:��Fort Belvoir Community Hospital Family Health Centers (FHC) The Defense Health Agency (DHA) hosted an in-person and teleconference FHC Industry Day for interested vendors on October 28, 2022. �The DHA FHC leadership team presented FHC material, discussed programmatic details, and received Industry feedback.� As a result of the industry day, at their discretion, interested firms are invited to provide white papers regarding their interests, capabilities, and recommendations.� FHC Background: �The Family Health Centers are part of the Fort Belvoir Community Hospital (FBCH) operate as extensions of FBCH and serve as feeder clinics for the inpatient services provided at FBCH and Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC). �They also promote Graduate Medical Education (GME) programs in their Specialty Care clinics. The current total number of FHC enrollees is approximately 50,000 beneficiaries. �The contractor shall provide medical, clinical, and administrative services to support an ambulatory/primary care program for the treatment of authorized military beneficiaries with acute and chronic care conditions. �The contractor shall provide all facilities, facility maintenance, management, staffing, supplies, and equipment (other than Government furnished) necessary to support the provisions of services. �Informatics support and maintenance shall be the responsibility of the Government. Interested prospective vendors desiring to provide white papers must email them to John Cowgill, Senior Contract Analyst, Amyx, Inc. (Support Contractor to NM-CD), at john.a.cowgill4.ctr@health.mil and the Contracting Officer,�Mrs. Fa�atalivale Te�o-Lewis, faatalivale.m.teo-lewis.civ@health.mil , no later than 5:00 p.m., EST, 15 November 2022. This announcement is being issued as part of the Government's ongoing market research and should not be construed as a commitment by the Government.
