- UPDATE 1 NOV 2022 - See attached Notice to Industry The purpose of this memorandum is to notify industry that the subject RFQ F2BDCW2187A003 HBU Front Office Conference Room AV Upgrade due date has been updated.� Offers are due on or before Monday, 14 NOV 2022 at 1600 EST.� Offers shall be emailed to Contract Specialist, David Krieger, david.krieger.5@us.af.mil and Contracting Officer, Alexandra Rada at alexandra.rada@us.af.mil. Please see updated Combined/Synopsis posted.� The only update is the new due date of�Monday, 14 NOV 2022 at 1600 EST.� -- UPDATE 27 OCT 2022 Please see updated Statement Of Work (SOW), SOW Appendix A, Updated Combined/Synopsis, and Q&A posted. Thank you for your interest in the HBU Front Office Conference Room AV Upgrade.� Any questions can be directed to Contract Specialist, David Krieger, david.krieger.5@us.af.mil and Contracting Officer, Alexandra Rada at alexandra.rada@us.af.mil. -- The purpose of this requirement is for the replacement of the audio/video system for the Force Protection Division�s Front Office Conference Room (Bldg 1612, Rm 1E211). The selected vendor would have responsibility for the purchase, install, programming for the AV components, and initial training for the end users. Old equipment will be removed by the vendor and collected, for disposal by the Government.� (See SOW and COMBO for additional details)� A site visit will be held on Hanscom AFB on Thursday, 6 October 2022 beginning at 1:30 PM EST. Please be at the Hanscom AFB Visitor Control Center by Sartain Gate (formerly Vandenburg Gate) in Bldg. 1617, Old Bedford Rd., Hanscom AFB, MA, 01731 no later than 1:00 PM EST to allow enough time to obtain visitor passes. The contractor shall obtain base identification and vehicle passes for all visitors. You must contact David Krieger by 3:00 PM EST on Wednesday, 5 October 2022 to register for the site visit to gain access to the base at david.krieger.5@us.af.mil.��Please courtesy copy alexandra.rada@us.af.mil. All contractors MUST pre?register in order to attend. Each individual must possess a valid form�of ID, driver�s license or passport, and registration and proof of insurance for each vehicle, including rentals.��Please be aware that despite the legalization of marijuana possession in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, under 21 U.S.C. � 812 and 21 U.S.C. � 844 marijuana possession remains a federal offense, and it is not allowed on Federal installations, including Hanscom AFB. All questions are due on or before 2:00 PM EST Tuesday, 11 October 2022. Answers will be posted to SAM.gov not later than 4:00 PM EST 18, October 2022. Offers shall be emailed to Contract Specialist David Krieger via e-mail at david.krieger.5@us.af.mil and Contracting Officer Alexandra Rada via e-mail at alexandra.rada@us.af.mil. Please DO NOT post offers to SAM.gov. Failure to respond to both may result in being technically unacceptable. Offers are due on or before 11:00AM EST, Tuesday, 25 October 2022.
