- The USDA Farm Loan Programs is seeking information on how an interested supplier (vendor) could provide an underwriting software as a service (SaaS) that is Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRamp) certified or become FedRamp certified. The questions related to the software functionality are: Questions 1. Does the software have the ability to originate, process, and service agricultural loans to include an external (public) customer interface/portal? � 2. If your underwriting software is part of another package, can the underwriting feature be used independently of other features? 3. Does the software dynamically populate data fields?� 4.�Does the software integrate with 3rd party products? 5.�Does the software have the ability to perform complex credit analysis that will be used to determine an underwriting path? 6.�Does the software provide peer-to-peer benchmarking analysis to compare applicants to similar type operations? 7.�Does the software have the ability to allow for ad hoc reporting?� Responses Interested parties are requested to respond to this RFI.� Responses should be in a Microsoft Word document format and are due no later than Monday, November 21, 2022, 1:00 pm EDT. �Please submit questions no later than Monday, November 7, 2022, 1:00 pm EDT.� Proprietary information, if any, should be minimized and must be clearly marked. Note, that all submissions become USDA property and will not be returned. Section 1 of the response document should provide administrative information and should include the following as a minimum:� Company name Company mailing address Company point of contact, phone, and email address Company Business Size (large business, small business, minority-owned, woman-owned small business, veteran-owned small business, disable veteran owned small business, etc.) Identify Authorized resellers, including opportunity for small business if applicable Existing government contract vehicles Section 2 of the white paper should answer the questions in the Description Section. The response must include the RFI number 2000003 and question in the order the appear in the request for information above and must include how the solution addresses the requirement. Questions Questions regarding this RFI can be submitted in writing by email to the Contracting Officer, Nancy.harris@usda.gov. �Verbal questions will not be accepted. Summary Please note that this is a request for information only. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes � it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This request for information does not commit USDA to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, the USDA is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Responders are advised that USDA will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party�s expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued.
