- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:�Virginia City:�Multiple � see delineated area attachment for more details Delineated Area: North: Starting at the intersection of VA State Route 7 and VA State Route 28, proceed east on VA-7 until its intersection with Lewinsville Road. Proceed east on Lewinsville Road until its intersection with Interstate 495. Proceed north on I-495 until its intersection with the George Washington Memorial Parkway. East: Proceed south on the George Washington Memorial Parkway until its intersection with Interstate 395. Proceed south on I-395 until its intersection with U.S. Route 1. Proceed south on Route 1 until its intersection with VA State Route 236/Duke Street. South: Proceed west on Duke Street until its intersection with VA State Route 28. West: Proceed north on VA-28 until its intersection with VA-7. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�24,566 Maximum Sq. Ft.
