BUCKLEY SPACE FORCE BASE (BSFB) STATEMENT OF NEED Tree Lighting Requirement 460 CES/CEIH Unaccompanied Housing Buckley SFB CO 80011 31 October 2022 1. Introduction and Overview This requirement for Buckley Space Force Base exists to procure holiday tree, decoration and equipment/items for the annual tree lighting ceremony. 1.1. Background It is essential for tree decorations/equipment to be able to perform during the tree lighting ceremony as well as work throughout the entirety of the season. 2. Scope of Work The Contractor will deliver all the purchased items listed in the ordering table (Section 2.1). No installation needed 2.1.
