- The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) National Acquisition Center and the Clarksburg, WV, VA Medical Center s Textile Care Processing Facility (TCPF) will hold a Pre-Quote Conference. Interested, qualified, and, capable SDVOSB/VOSBs are HIGHLY encouraged to attend Pre-Quote Conference. The NAICS code is 333310 Commercial and Service Industry Machinery Manufacturing/ PSC 3695, with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. The Pre-Quote conference will be held on December 14, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. (EST). Attendees will meet outside of Building #7 at: Louis A. Johnson VA Medical Center 1 Medical Center Dr. Clarksburg, WV 26301 Primary Point of Contact: Joel Richards, Laundry Supervisor Email: Joel.Richards@va.gov The purpose of the Pre-Quote Conference is for interested parties to tour the TCPF, view the existing site conditions for installation of the required laundry equipment, and to discuss the attached draft technical specifications. Additionally, a laundry plant blow down system will be added to this requirement with updated technical specifications to follow.
