- ***** This is a REQUEST FOR INTEREST ONLY! This request does not constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. The intent of this request is to identify potential offerors for market research purposes only. ***** Request for Information (RFI) Savannah River Nuclear Solutions, LLC (SRNS), which manages and operates portions of the Savannah River Site (SRS) under a Department of Energy (DOE) prime contract, solicits expressions of interest from potential suppliers capable of providing leased labor.� Leased Labor means subcontracted labor resources performing work based on a job description/qualifications and not a deliverable. The SRS is located approximately 15 miles south of Aiken, South Carolina and is 310 contiguous square miles. Revised 11/3/22 to add the following scope summary. Scope Summary: This is not a Sources Sought RFI. This is a RFI to gather information from multiple service providers across the industry to support the SRNS evaluation of concepts for utilizing a Managed Service Provider (MSP) to implement a Vendor Management System (VMS) tool for the management of leased labor services subcontractors. SRNS has not determined whether it will use a MSP; SRNS, similarly, has not determined the contents of a Statement of Work to be fulfilled by the MSP. SRNS is currently evaluating concepts for utilizing a MSP to implement a VMS tool for the management of leased labor services subcontractors (includes Staff Augmentation). SRNS has not determined whether it will be proceeding with a Request for Proposals or decided on the contents of an associated Statement of Work.� Recently, the rough order of magnitude of SRNS spend exceeds $150 million per year. SRNS currently anticipates this figure will fluctuate based on a variety of factors, to include Savannah River Plutonium Facility project schedules and funding. A supplier's response to the RFI does not guarantee they will be selected to participate in the RFP. Please respond to items 1-7 as follows: Do you currently support any Federal contractors? If so, what is the approximate volume in dollars and number of personnel managed Do you currently support any other DOE/NNSA Prime Contractors? If so, what is the approximate volume in dollars and number of personnel managed Where is your closest location to the Savannah River Site (Aiken, South Carolina; Augusta, Georgia)? Technology Are you FedRamp certified? Do you have an existing PeopleSoft API Integration? Do you have an application for mobile devices? Describe your toolset for managing your services. Program Management � Describe your available services in the following categories Reporting Vendor Management and Evaluation Do you own a proprietary Vendor Management System application? Direct Hire Conversion Recruiting, vetting, and onboarding vendors Recruitment, monitoring, and development of Small Business Administration Scorecard Businesses (e.g., small business, service-disabled veteran-owned small business, woman-owned small business) Compliance Management Screening of vendor personnel for assignment to client/SRNS Automation of procurement and/or management of leased labor service provider Any other services you feel would be of interest to SRNS? Please describe your available revenue models and options available for preserving SRNS socio-economic metrics associated with leased labor purchases.
