Description

1. This is a non-personal services contract to perform remove CO2, store CO2, replace CO2, and fill engine test cell CO2 tank to 90 percent capacity.� The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein.� Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. 1.1 Scope:� The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, quality control, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform services as defined in this PWS, except for those items specified as government furnished.� The Contractor shall perform to the standards of this contract. See attached solicitation file for additional information. **** Solicitation updated 4 October 2022 to include Amendment 0001, which provides answers to submitted questions.� Please remember to acknowledge Amendment 0001 when submitting your offer.****
