Description

Aerobic instructors shall teach classes as scheduled by the Fitness Center Director from the following:� low-impact, mid-impact, high-impact, step, floor aerobic, personal training, yoga, kick-boxing, Pilates, circuit training, turbo kick, cardio-party, power pump, spinning, Zumba and strength, water aerobics, etc., classes.� Instructor shall teach methods that provide aerobic fitness to individuals with beginner, intermediate, and moderate fitness levels. Aerobics Terms: 2022-2023 1) Instructor is CPR/AED certified for 2022-2023 year. 2) Instructor is group aerobics certified from a credible certifying body for the 2022-2023 year. 3) Instructors must submit attendance sheets as proof for services rendered to be compensated. No exceptions! 4) The above terms are non-negotiable.
