- This combined synopsis/solicitation is for CE Trades to provide Plumbing, Maintenance and Repairs at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA). This is a 100% total small business set-aside. The Government intends to award this requirement as a multiple award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). Please refer to ALL Attachments pertaining to this Solicitation.
