DESCRIPTION:� This is Pre-solicitation synopsis. This announcement is in support of market research to determine the feasibility of a Full and Open acquisition and to identify potential sources that can provide the Maintenance and Overhaul of the following item: NOMENCLATURE: Extensible Link Input/Output NSN:� 1650-01-560-7496� Input/Output Part Number: 145H7350-17 ESTIMATED QUANTITY RANGE: Minimum 10 � Maximum 60 each Maximum of 60 each includes quantity of 50 US and a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Quantity of 10 each The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333414 and the size standard is 500 employees. The Extensible Link is NOT a Critical Safety Item (CSI).� Interested parties who have capability to perform the above effort should respond to this notice and identify your business size, UEI and socio economic status as applicable. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement and any follow-up information requested. No basis for claim against the Government shall arise as a result of a response to this announcement or Government use of any information provided. This announcement does not restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition strategy. The Government reserves the right to consider acquisition strategies as deemed appropriate. Submittal of information is requested via electronic mail only to Karen Greenwood, Contract Specialist Karen.greenwood2.civ@army.mil no later than 18 November 2022. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The closing date annotated is an estimate and may be adjusted dependent upon the date the solicitation is released; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
