Contactor First Article Test (FAT) Government Production Lot Test (PLT) Critical Safety Item (CSI) NAICS: 336413 The DLA approved source is The Boeing Company, CAGE: 86V13, P/N: 7-511421036-105.The Government does not have an approved technical data package/drawing available for this NSN and lacks rights to data, or both needed to purchase this part from additional sources.The solicitation will request pricing for a quantity of twelve (12) EA. �Inspection/Acceptance will be at Origin, and FOB Origin, delivery 489 days ARO or less. �This solicitation is Unrestricted, utilizing other than full and open competition. The issue date is on or around 10/20/2022, and the closing date is on or around 12/2/2022. It is anticipated that an award will be made against one of the OEM's Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) and a letter solicitation will be utilized.� However, a copy of the solicitation may be prepared and made available upon a valid request submitted prior to the issue date.� To receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in Systems Award Management (SAM).� The SAM registration address is https://www.sam.gov. Currently Boeing is the only DLA approved source/sole source. Alternate offerors must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package to be considered for award possibly for future procurements if approved. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation utilizing the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS).
