- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued. Please view attached solicitation for complete details of requirement. N0010422QK110 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-08. This requirement is open and competitive under NAICS code 333924, size standard 750. 0001AA 20K Forklifts 0001AB 20K Forklifts 0002 FAT Testing 0003 CDRLs Requirement is for the procurement of 24 20K Diesel Forklifts, with a 100 percent option for up to 9. FAT testing will be required. Please see attached SOW for more information on required tests. Units are to be delivered 600 DADC to east coast and west coast locations. FOB destination. 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services applies. 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services applies and price will be overall determining factor for award. 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services applies and contractor shall provide a completed copy of the provision. 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Products and Commercial Services applies. 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Products and Commercial Services applies. DPAS rating DO-A3 applies. Offers shall be submitted electronically no later than 12/20/2022 at 2 PM Eastern.
