- DLA Land Warren solicitation that will result in a firm-fixed price three year IDIQ contact for the following item: NSN: 2530-01-477-1660 Noun: WHEEL,PNEUMATIC TIR Part Number: 12500808 (19207) - includes manufacturer parts Guaranteed Minimum Quantity: 2,010 AY Maximum Quantity: 36,180 AY FOB: Destination Technical data is available for this procurement. REVERSE AUCTION - The solicitation will contain provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction, which allows forthe use of a reverse auction as a pricing technique. Aft er the solicitation closes, the Contracting Off icer willdetermine if a reverse auction will be held. If a reverse auction is held, contractors must be registered in thereverse auction system in order to participate in the auction. Additionally, the contractor representativeparticipating in the auction must have taken the on-line reverse auction training prior to the auction.Registration, on-line training, and other information regarding the reverse auction can be found athttps://dla.procurexinc.com. Any questions related to the reverse auction system or process can be directedto the Contract Specialist. Solicitation close date is September 30, 2022, at 4:00 PM EDT.
