- SOLICITATION: U.S. Army Contracting Command � Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) Nomenclature: Auxiliary Support Kit Solicitation Number: W56HZV-22-R-0145 This solicitation is intended to result in the award of a single, 2-year Firm Fixed Price (FFP) requirements-type contract for the supplies specified.� The resulting contract will establish pricing to be utilized throughout the term of the agreement.� Delivery orders will be placed as the US Government needs arise. Refer to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clause 52.216-21: REQUIREMENTS for additional information pertaining to this contract type. There is a Technical Data Package (TDP) associated with this procurement.� The TDP distribution code is �D�, which limits access to U.S. Government agencies and its contractors.� Please refer to section C for additional information.
