- Provide and install audio visual equipment to modernize a conference room at Base Seattle. See attached SOW for details. Pictures are embedded in the SOW. Nonetheless, virtual site tours will be offered on 4�November 2022 from 0800 to 1000 PST. Please schedule a time in advance emailing amy.morrissette@uscg.mil and calling 503-961-5227.� Bids and Proposals shall be provided by above aforementioned deadline to Ms. Amy Morrissette, P&C Dept Head and KO, by emailing to:� �amy.morrissette@uscg.mil NOTE:� PER FAR, VENDORS MUST BE REGISTERED IN SAMS.GOV TO SUBMIT BIDS/PROPOSALS. THE SAMS UEI NO. IS REQUIRED FOR DOING BUSINESS WITH GOVERNMENT AND FOR MAKING AWARD. Quotes/Bids shall provide pricing for each A/V-related item as well as separate pricing (i.e., labor hours rate) for installation services.� Any questions can be directed to Ms. Amy Morrissette. The answers to these questions and the questions arising from the site tour will be posted to this site and shared with all interested parties.
