Submit all quotes, including pricing which includes Sections B.4.1 � B.4.5, and a signed copy of the SF1449 via email by Thursday, December 1, 2022, 2:00pm EST to barbara.nelson@usda.gov � An award is anticipated to be made on or about December 15, 2022 as a result of this RFQ.
